WHEN IS YOUR ORDER ACCEPTED?
Our terms relating to the acceptance of order must be read very carefully. When you place your order for Luxury Partywear Dresses, you will receive an email for the confirmation of your order. Once you click the confirmation link, we will dispatch your order. And we will also send you an email that your order has been dispatched. And no order will be processed until we get full payment for it. And in case we receive the payment and couldn’t ship the product, you will get a full refund as soon as possible
We accept all payments in United States Dollar Currency USD.
The delivery charges are not fixed. The delivery charges vary upon the total amount of your order and your delivery address.
We try our best to deliver the item to your given address as soon as possible. In case we find no one to receive the order at the given address, we only try twice to reach out. Otherwise, we possess the right to cancel the order and refund the payment. Moreover, in uncertain conditions, we can delay the order. But, if anything like that happens, we will notify you of the delay via email or by calling you on your given number.
We allow the exchange of products only when you give them back in their original condition or packaging within seven days of purchase. If the price tag is removed or the product is damaged, we are not liable to exchange the product whatsoever.
Although we have an exchange policy for our clients on certain terms and conditions, we don’t allow the product’s return. We don’t have any refund policy. However, you may cancel the order before the product is dispatched. In this case, you will get your money back.
CHANGE IN PRICES
In case we want to bring any changes in our prices, we reserve the right to do that at any time we want. And we shall not be liable to any of you or any other third party.
